    have lifestyle illnesses such as diabetes, obesity, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, cancer, etc.
    want to manage and reduce things like pain, depression, stress and anxiety
    want to overcome their obstacles and be at their absolute best.
    are willing to find and look at the cause of the dis-ease
    want a long term solution to their issues
 
This program is not suitable for people who:
 
    prefer to take medication to deal with health issues and pain
    do not want to work at the cause of the issue
    want a short-term fix so they can continue in the same way they have always lived
 
This program can happen while still going about your daily life.
Sometimes the 30 day program may combine a retreat or workshop to kickstart your path to total wellness followed by a daily self-care programme with daily coaching and mindful movement sessions.
