This intimate weekend retreat near Cape Town explores healing cleansing foods and restoring wellbeing at Volmoed, set in the healing Hemel en Aarde valley near Hermanus, 90min from Cape Town.
 
If you're stressed and feeling sluggish, this cleanse will not only help reboot your digestive system and recharge your energy, it will also allow you the opportunity to experience calmness through bodysensing as a mindfulness tool that will transform the way you connect with yourself through the body.

    Calmness and clarity, and learn how to get there in minutes through a simple practice, even after the retreat
    Mindful eating and tips on how to cleanse daily
    The simple art of eating alkalizing anti-inflammatory foods

This package includes:
     Daily restorative Body Sensing Yoga/meditation sessions that will focus on releasing, realigning and restoring
    Workshops covering the chemistry of wellness and how what we eat, feel and think shifts our chemistry
    Mindful walks in nature, swimming in pristine mountain streams, time to reflect & retreat
    Accommodation at Volmoed Retreat Centre
    All meals from Friday Dinner through to Lunch on the Sunday.
 
-        Meals will be delicious, some warming foods, some raw, and all gently detoxing
-        Will include green smoothies, juices, meals, herbs and healthy snacks.
