I’m deeply honoured to be involved with Kerry as Slow Food and movement facilitator for this upcoming women’s retreat.

I’ll be holding a soft, strong, and safe space — nourishing women through food, mindful movement, and embodied presence, as they journey through layers of feeling and rememberin.

This is nourishment beyond the plate.

A remembering through the body.

A slowing down into truth, trust, and connection.

The journey to Solstice was a difficult one, not only for me in getting preparations done, but a shared journey for all of us to explore the difficulties that we often face and that we actually can release ourselves from.

On arrival, the land welcomes and I felt the softening into service and being held.

🌱 The holding space of the FeedmeGreen lounge nourished many with our healing cacao drinks and nourishing food.

🌱 The sourdough full house pizzas with garden greens from the wellbeing sanctuary filled with veggies were a real hit.

🌱 The heat of the days were cooled with organic orange juices from SOGA and organic pomegranate juice from POMARES.

Our highlights

🌱 The slow feast with the volunteer team brought a great sense of family to the group ready to serve the gathering.

🌱 rainbow meal which I had the honor to focalize the shared meal for the gathering. What a powerful moment of being in the middle of the circle and being chosen to say the blessing for our soulful meal where everyone got to eat.

🌱 The grand finale was the epic fire ceremony with the radiant fire full of dancing flames and joyful bodies enjoying the heat and the celebration of epic proportions.

What a great success for community coming together and sharing in a transformative gathering of connection as we shed of the old and enter a new phase of life with more presence, more spirit, more feeling, more love.

So grateful to be of service to our beloved community of movers and shakers.
