Meet your Host
Hi, I'm Nic.
My work is rooted in food, movement, nervous system awareness, and what it means to live well.
For more than twenty years, I've been exploring practices that help us feel more connected to ourselves, each other, and the natural world—from meditation and yoga to nutrition, gut health, somatic movement, coaching, and men's work.
What interests me most isn't self-improvement. It's learning how to listen.
To our bodies.
To our own natural rhythms.
To the quiet wisdom that often gets drowned out by the pace of modern life.
This curiosity has shaped everything I offer today through SomaSensing, The Slow Way, FeedmeSlowly experiences, retreats, workshops, and one-on-one support.
Whether we're sharing a meal around a table, moving together, or exploring the relationship between food, mood, and the body, my intention is simple: to create experiences that invite people to slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling a little more nourished than when they arrived.

At the heart of it all is a simple belief: when we create space to pause, pay attention, and engage our senses, life has a way of revealing what matters most.
